Is it safe to have Paleo diet and should you follow it?
Paleo is short for Paleolithic, a prehistoric period of human development that existed over two and a half million years ago. During this paleolithic era, humans had yet learned about agriculture and animal domestication. This meant that human only ate food that was readily available to them in their surrounding environment. Advocates of diet argue that there has been too little of a time frame between the end of the Paleolithic era and modern day for the human body to adapt today’s western diet. The lack of adaptation is supposedly responsible for the existence of modern disease today such as diabetes and obesity. This Paleo-type diet, also known as the cavemen diet. This diet includes fruits, vegetables, seafood, proteins, eggs, and nuts. This food comprises of high nutrients and high fiber and everything that is good for our health with low sodium content. So in order to conclude the Paleo diet dish contains 35% of meat, 15% of fruit, 35% vegetables, and 15% of nuts that is 100% grain free, gluten free, dairy free, soy-free.
So far, the Paleo diet seems to be a great idea! The Paleo diet also restricts food that contains the fat group. This includes food such as grains, legumes, such as beans and peanuts, refined sugars, dairy, and salts. It is a hard task to stick to such kind of diets which has no salt or spice at all. yes because you will have to avoid cold drinks, sweetened drinks and syrups, also you will have to give up refined sugars, candy, food such as packaged snacks.
This is what the humans in the prehistoric period used to consume and stay healthy.

Is it safe to follow the Paleo diet?
If you want to lose weight it is not necessary to follow Paleo diet but it is more efficient for losing weight. So in order to achieve that you should adopt some good and long term diet plans. Changing your diet in the right way can enhance our body function and help us lose weight. If you get strict with something like the Paleo diet it may lead to some problems. So take these points in consideration of these points and don’t limit yourself to such kind of diets.
